SERVPRO of Town and Country’s highly trained technicians are certified bio- recovery technicians through ABRA. This certification confirms our technicians are knowledgeable of the bio recovery industry and can approach and assess a crime or trauma scene.

SERVPRO of Town and Country’s technicians are highly trained and certified through the IICRC. The IICRC’s Applied Microbial Remediation course teaches on mold and sewage remediation techniques, to prepare restoration workers to efficiently conduct remediation services.

The WBEA is defined as a business that is at least 51% owned by a woman and meets specific WBENC criteria. SERVPRO of Town and Country is proud to announce we are a 100% woman owned business. Our CEO, Susan Meacham, completely runs all operations of SERVPRO of Town and Country.

In June of 2018, SERVPRO was rushed to the scene after Lone Star College experienced a main line pipe burst. Our technicians conducted a facility wide emergency water extraction, along with the removal of non-salvageable materials. Additionally, they completely dried the interior structure of the facility. The total cost of the project is $150,000.

Due to the McAllen TX Floods that occurred in 2018, the large shopping development, Palm Plaza, experienced extreme flooding. SERVPRO was rushed to the scene to perform emergency services for category 3 flood waters. Our highly trained technicians extracted water from the plaza as well as dried the structure of the area. The total cost of the project was $150,000.
