Houston, TX School is Flooded

One of the more intricate jobs that SERVPRO of Town and Country has done is this school and specifically the library.

The books were not extremely wet but the humidity in the room was raising rapidly due to evaporation. It was vital that we start removing water, humidity, and books from the room.

The first pictures shows how much water was still on the floor when we arrived at the school. After the books were removed and cleaned they were stored in the gymnasium.

The second picture shows how the books were replaced on the shelves but not taken out of their boxes as there was still some rebuilding that needed to be done and we didn't want them to get dirty once more.
