The customer's pipe in their attic sprung a leak

One of our customers gave us a call after realizing a pipe in their attic sprung a leak. The leak caused severe damage on the ceiling of the bedroom. Our restoration workers removed the drywall ceiling in order to remove all affected insulation in the home. Due to water falling from the ceiling and down on the walls, a 2-foot flood was cut on the high section of the bedroom wall to produce more air flow. Additionally, all affected padding was removed under the carpet and drying equipment was left to ensure the property was dry. In completion, containment was placed over the bedroom’s ceiling and furniture.
