Houston, TX School Fire

Schools are often vandalized by their students but starting a garbage can on fire is going too far. The damage to the school was mainly from the smoke that traveled throughout the building. This hall has smoke from top to bottom.

The fire sprinklers took a long time to go off since they are heat sensitive. The smoke continued billow through the school and when the sprinklers turned on the soot ran down the walls.

The first picture shows the difference between the half that was clean and the half that was dirty. Even the clean side still looks a little dirty. Our painting crew put on the finishing touch on the school damage.
